I don’t want to because it will take me away from him for far too long, but I need to take a shower. So I stand in the bathroom, considering what just happened. I just had very sweaty, very hot sex—twice in quick succession. I look in the mirror and ignore the tiny negative thought that starts to creep into my mind about not having a lot of time before he goes back to hating me. I don’t care right now. He’s here with me: free and happy and sated. I’ll deal with tomorrow when tomorrow comes.

I turn on the water, and as I wait for it to heat up, I open the door to my bedroom to see Rusty laying on my bed in his boxer shorts, reading the back of the crime novel I’ve been trying to get lost in for the past week. I smile as he looks up at me and grins.

‘I’m going to take a super quick shower. The night isn’t over yet, so don’t go anywhere, okay?’ I’m desperate to get my money’s worth.

‘I’m not going anywhere. Be quick,’ he says, still smiling as I pull off his t-shirt in full view of him, drop it to the floor and back away into the bathroom.

I step into the tub and close my eyes as the hot water washes over my skin. I turn and press my forehead onto the cold tiles and enjoy the warmth on my neck and shoulders as the water beats down. For the first time in years, the tension isn’t there. I’m relaxed, happy, and comfortable. My body feels alive, and I’m aware of every bead of water trailing across my flesh. I’m even more aware when I feel Rusty’s naked hard body pressed against the back of me as he moves my hair to one side and starts to kiss my neck.

‘I didn’t want to waste any time,’ he says quietly next to my ear. His voice low and gravelly as he nibbles at my earlobe, making goosebumps appear all over my body. I feel Rusty move away slightly, just for a moment, and then hear the shower gel bottle as he squeezes it into his hand. Pressing his chest against my back again, Rusty reaches his strong arms around my body, cupping my breasts in his hands, the cold gel against my hot skin making me gasp. I can’t ignore the feel of him hard against my ass as he washes my chest and abdomen, then my hips and thighs. Slowly, Rusty slides a soapy hand between my legs, making me swallow hard as he gently washes me there, with his other hand flat against my stomach, holding me in place, pressed firmly against his body.

He moves his hands to massage the suds into my shoulders and down my back, then my ass, making me gasp as he gently slides a finger across a part of me that has never been touched this way. Obviously enjoying
